If there is an event that requires the refunding of a payment by 247 W CABS, we will make the refund payment back to the card, be it credit or debit card, from which the payment was made. The refund will be made within 48 hours of the return request being received by the company.
If there is any reason why a payment is unable to be made to the original card, and these reasons are outside the control of 247 W CABS, a cheque will be drawn and presented to the named cardholder and the named cardholder only.
